All vehicles are used motor cars and are priced to reflect age, mileage, condition, and market value of the vehicle. As with any used vehicle of similar age and mileage, signs of wear and tear are to be expected.

These may include (but are not limited to):

• Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, stone chips, scuffs, interior wear, or trim ageing
• General mechanical wear consistent with age and mileage
• Warning lights that may intermittently appear
• Minor oil or fluid leaks
• Suspension, clutch, brakes, or other components showing signs of use
• Previous repairs, paintwork, or replacement parts
• Age-related corrosion or surface rust
• Noises or vibrations typical for vehicles of similar age

While we make reasonable efforts to describe vehicles accurately, customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and are welcome to arrange an independent mechanical inspection prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, vehicles of this type and price bracket are supplied with no warranty given or implied beyond your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Vehicle may not meet the standards of a new or lower-mileage car and should be purchased with this understanding.

By placing a deposit, you confirm your intention to proceed with the purchase. All deposits are strictly non-refundable, including where a purchaser later decides not to proceed for personal reasons. A deposit secures the vehicle and removes it from sale.
